未来中国助学联盟章程 Regulations of Future China Society
第一条  名称  Article 1  Designation
未来中国助学联盟，简称未来中国，英文名称为“Future China Society”。English name being Future China Society, is short as Future China.

第二条  性质 Article 2  Nature
未来中国助学联盟（Future China Society)是全国性公益助学教育平台，由全国数家关心支持教育公益事业的企业及个人发起。Future China Society is a national public welfare educational platform, set up by some enterprises and individuals that supported public educational business.

第三条  宗旨 Article 3  Tenet
1.联盟整合社会资源，补充体制内教育，创新开拓一种新的公益形式与教育形式 。1. The Society combined social resources, replenished education within the system, and created a new welfare and education form.

 2.以领军人物国际视野、前沿经验指导中国青年，助力培养有国际视野、人文情怀的未来精英人才。2. We let the leaders in various fields who have both international horizons and advancing experiences direct Chinese young people, also, they help foster Chinese future elites with global views and humanity feelings.

3.着力打造连接政府、企业、校园的崭新桥梁，不断促进中国和谐社会的良性发展。 3. Aiming at make associations connecting government, enterprises and schools, we encourage our country into an optimum recycle of harmonious society.

第四条  功能与任务 Article 4  Function and mission
1.组织“未来中国大讲堂”、“未来中国发展论坛”、“领军人物校园行”等大型活动和高端论坛，开展智力公益。1. Implementing activities like “leaders on campus” “” and carrying out intellectual welfare business.
2.以各行业领军人物的国际视野、前沿经验为青年一代做培训导师，补充体制内教育，传递思想，分享生命，助力培养有国际视野、人文情怀的中国未来精英。2. We let leaders in various fields who have international scope with advancing experience be the mentors of the youth. In addition, by replenishing education within the system, passing on spirits, sharing life experience, we help

foster Chinese future elites to possess international horizons and humanity feelings.

3.整合关心教育与公益的知名企业家、专家学者等社会精英资源，最大化发挥其社会价值，构建青年与国内外企业领袖对话的平台。
3. Integrating social elites such as well-known entrepreneurs and scholars who care about education as well as public welfare, we use them with their greatest social values to build platforms of communication for the young and leaders from both inside and outside the nation.
第五条 成员标准 Article 5  Member standard
联盟吸纳热心教育公益的公民、法人及其他社会组织尊重并自愿接受本章程，具
备良好的信誉资质和热衷于建设和推动未来中国助学联盟的发展成为联盟成员，
享受联盟成员权利，承担联盟成员义务。
Future China Society absorbs enthusiastic citizens caring for education and public welfare, corporations and other social organizations that respect and are willing to accept this regulation, who also possess good reputation and keen to constructing future china’s development into members of the Society. As members, they will enjoy the Society members’ rights while undertaking their obligations.

第七条   联盟理事会 Article 7  The council of FCS
1.理事会由创始理事长、创始副理事长、创始常务理事、创始理事、总干事组成。
2.理事会主要由以下人员组成:
国内外自愿捐助、捐资公益事业的知名企业家、专家学者和个人。1. The council is composed by initial president, vice initial president, initial director and general secretary.

2. The council consist members as follows: volunteer donors from inside and outside the country, well-known enterprises that endowed public welfare business, specialists, scholars and individuals.
3.理事会设创始理事长1名，创始副理事长2名，创始常务理事、创始理事若干名。
4.每年召开一次理事会全体会议，由理事长向理事会全体会议报告年度工作，审议下一年度工作计划，检查总结工作执行情况。理事会制定年度预算方案，制定和修改理事会章程及其他应由理事会审议的事项。

3. The council has one initial president, two vice initial presidents, several initial executive directors and several initial directors.

4. The general conference of all the directors holds once a year. In the conference, the president reports to the council about the annual operation of the Society, examine next year’s working program, check work summary of execute situation. The council establishes annual budget plan, formulate and modify council regulations as well as other businesses that deserve the council’s discussion.
5.创始理事长、创始副理事长、创始常务理事、总干事组成常务理事会，根据工作需要不定期召开常务理事会议。
6.常务理事会负责批准接受新的理事；制定理事会日常工作管理方案；理事会年度预算方案及其他由常务理事会审议的事项。
7.未来中国助学联盟秘书处，秘书处为理事会下设服务机构，负责联盟日常业务处理，协调组织联盟各种活动会议，执行理事会决议，网站及刊物的建设与维护，起草或修改联盟的规则制度。

5. The initial president, vice initial president, initial director and general secretary constitute the routine council, and convoke executive director conference according to work demands occasionally.

6. The routine council are responsible of accepting new members, managing projects concerning the council’s daily work, also working on the council’s annual budget and other businesses that deserve the council’s discussion

7. The secretariat of FCS is a service agency under the council’s administration. It is in charge of handling the Society’s daily affairs, mediating all sorts of activities and conferences, executing the council’s decisions, constructing and protecting the website and publications, and drafting out or modifying the Society’s regulations.

8.联盟成员享有的权利： 8. The Society members’ rights:
1)本联盟的选举权、被选举权和表决权； First, the right to vote and the right to be elected within the Society.

2)资源共享、平台共享、信息共享； Second, the right of sharing resources, platforms, and information.
3)享有联盟项目中的优先合作机会； Third, the opportunity of preference to cooperate within the Society’s projects.
4)了解联盟工作情况和工作计划； Forth, the right of understanding the Society’s working situation and plans.
5)获得联盟工作文件和相关活动资料等； Fifth, the right of obtaining documents concerning Society’s business and material about related activities.
6)对本联盟工作的建议和监督。Sixth, the right of advising and monitoring the Society’s work.
9、联盟成员履行下列义务：9. The Society members ’ obligations:
1)遵守本联盟的章程及相关管理规定，执行本联盟的决议；First, abiding by the Society’s regulation and other provisions related, executing its decisions.
2)维护本联盟的合法权益；Second, preserving legal rights of the Society.
3)积极参加本联盟组织的工作会议及相关活动等； Third, taking part in work conferences and activities organized by the Society positively.
