The main impetus and social circumstances of the project of Intellectual Public Welfare launched by FCS are as follows:
Currently, complied with the official regulation and provision, Chinese higher education system focuses on standardization and conservation, lacking of educational freedom and diversity. To improve this situation, the IPW, advocated by FCS, initiates people-oriented education.
Make efforts to reform and innovation:Intellectual public welfare is the future of the development of public welfare. Whereas, the work of college-student-oriented intellectual public welfare has never been scheduled on working lists of domestic commonweal organizations. Meanwhile, facing the increasing confusions and psychological pressures, Chinese college students attract attention from whole society. Those intellectual troubles and psychological pressure are caused by shortage of innovation and implementation, exacerbation of unemployment, the problems of adaptation, confusion of relationship and economic pressure that derived from getting married and high price of real estate.
The IPW is trying to reform educational system and compliment the shortage and deficiency of it.
Advocate of balance: the project of Intellectual Public Welfare, advocated by FCS, is trying to address the imbalance of educational resources between Higher Education Institutions Providing Degree-level Programs and Non-university Tertiary, IPW also invites famous business leaders to Non-university Tertiary to provide opportunities of internships and job offers and share experiences of starting their own business with the students. To do these is to broaden the job selection and to increase employment rate.
Improve the quality of education: FCS aims to inspire young generation, spread wisdom and ideas. We believe the inspiration and spread of wisdom are the radical purpose and ultimately ideal pattern of modern education.
